I became a massage therapist because massage therapy is the perfect blend of science, art, and helping people — all of which, I am talented in and passionate about. Since 2016, when I became licensed, I have focused on the medical side of massage. I love being a part of my clients' healing and relaxation; it brings me joy to see and feel healing taking place!

NC LMBT #16933

Graduate of Georgia Massage School, GA, 2017

Trained in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, Somoto-Emotional Release, Medical Massage, TMJ, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Cupping

I was in and around the medical field in both the Army and the Navy and then again as I transitioned back to civilian life. I had my first experience with massage therapy during a severely stressful time due to the death of a loved one. Massage showed me the healing power of touch. In the years that followed, I set out on my own healing journey and became well acquainted with how emotions; especially stress and trauma, impact our lives and our health in very specific ways. I began to build a toolbox for myself filled with tools that re-build peace, cultivate joy and release stress and trauma from the body, soul, and spirit. Massage and craniosacral therapy have given me a vehicle to best utilize those tools and my passion for bringing wholeness and healing to those led my way.

I worked at Body Wellness for two years before the opportunity presented itself for me to become owner, and I jumped at the chance to continue the legacy of providing targeted massage therapy to clients who need more than relaxation. I thrive on challenge, learning, and growth and will continue to build a strong team equally committed to excellence and to a peaceful and joyful atmosphere where healing thrives.
